Cory Yearwood
Managing Director |

Mr Cory Yearwood qualified from Microtec (Southgate - London) with an HND in ‘C’ Programming. He also obtained an Electrical Engineering degree in the automation industry, specialising in the field of robotics. In 2001 he became one of two directors in Logicom Online Ltd focusing on robotic and PLC programming within the automation industry working for FORD, BMW, COMAU, STEELWELD, NOTHELFER, VAUXHALL, JAGUAR, ABB, KUKA and others, covering a period of 26 years in the industry.
In 2004 Exsis Ltd was formed specialising in Research & Development of new technologies in both software and hardware within the areas of automation and manufacturing.
In 2007 the maritime industry was added to our client portfolio with the subsequent development of the R.A.S.S. (Robotic Automated Safety System) application.
In 2009 the R.R.S.P. was designed and with the help of Baker Tilly Corporate Finance LLP, this project will be developed and launched during 2010. |

Sandra Yearwood

Mrs Sandra Yearwood has experience of working in the banking sector, primarily with Citibank, Duisburg (Germany). She also holds managerial qualifications from BCW, CERTQUA and IHK. Sandra speaks multiple European languages (German, English and French).
She joined Exsis in 2007 in the role of Management Assistant and board coordinator, which includes collaborating closely with Maxwell Winward LLP (Legal) and overseeing all server-side data collection for Exsis projects. |

John Caputo

Mr John Caputo has been involved in the IT industry since 1980. His main area of expertise is business strategy and development and has held corporate positions from CEO to MD and Sales and Marketing Directorships. He has been founder director of a number of software start-ups concluding in successful company growth and sales.
John gained a degree in Education at St Mary’s University, London and taught prior to joining Kalamazoo Business Systems in 1980. He has been involved in the Software and general IT industry ever since, initially in a sales capacity and advancing into general management. He brings extensive business experience and has a valuable international contact network.
Other business interests include property development and Health and Sports Clubs. He was a founder director of a well-known sports brand which was acquired by a leading sports company.

Sushil Jalali

Mr Sushil Jalali has nearly 32 years involvement with various businesses/projects on an international scale covering retail, international trading, financial services and engineering sectors, covering Asia, Middle East & Europe. Mr Jalali runs his own free-lance consultancy in the United Kingdom since 2002 and has provided regulatory, risk, audit and project consultancy to the UK Financial Services Sector.
Areas of expertise : Business Management, Sales/Marketing Consultancy and training, Risk Management, Regulatory/compliance consultancy, Project Management, Audit, Development and delivery of Training and in-house procedures/processes
Mr Jalali is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Bombay. |

Justin Wilson

Mr Justin Wilson brings to EXSIS over 20 years of experience within the IT and Engineering sectors working with major financial institutions and the print industry in Asia/Pacific region and Europe. His work has covered the full development lifecycle of hardware and software solutions with a focus on the development of database centric applications right from 'Requirement analysis through to specification, implementation, testing and deployment'.
Justin has been involved in projects working with the latest Microsoft technologies and methodologies including the .Net framework on C# and SQL Server.

Peter Casey

Mr Peter Casey qualified as an Electrical Engineer in the automation Industry, specialising in the field of robotics. He has experience of working world wide for many of the biggest automobile manufacturers including VW, AUDI, JAGUAR, FORD, BMW, VAUXHALL, MERCEDES and others, over a period of 26 years.
Some of his projects include:
FORD, CW170 based in Germany and Spain - £4.5M+
FORD, B256, B226, B257 in Germany - £40M+
FORD, V184/185 in Belgium & England - £85M+
In 2010 he joined the Exsis board, managing the Robotics & Engineering divisions of the company. Going forward, Peter's main focus will be the development of the R.R.S.P. & R.A.S.S. robotic modules and overseeing robotic and engineering standards with various clients. |

Stephen Lea
Controls Manager |

Mr Steve Lea has qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering and Analytical Mathematics. He has been involved in the Automation Industry for over 26 years. Since 1998 he has been the director of his own company specializing in the design and installation of complex automatic production lines, from strategic planning through to software development / realization, and final fulfilment of customer training packages.
His experience has taken him around the world, working with several different cultures and dealing with management structures at the highest level in many countries. Stephen is fluent in English and German languages. |

Nigel Spooner

Mr Nigel Spooner is qualified in Information Technology and Communications (HND). In 1994, he became Director of Network Source Ltd, focusing on '-communications', working for Reuter's and project managing Data Communications into Investment Banks.
He has also been involved in major projects involving Network Commissioning, Infrastructure Migrations, OS upgrade, Application Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Client\Server integrations, MDS, STP, ECN’s and Support for major financial institutions including Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, HSBC Global Asset Management, ABN Amro, Morgan Stanley and Kleinwort Benson. |
